The EAE UI108 KNX Universal Interface offers 8 independent channels, each capable of being configured for one of six distinct operating modes, providing maximum flexibility for installation.
8-Fold Input Flexibility:
- 8 Independent Channels: Connect up to eight conventional switches or dry-contact devices (e.g., door contacts, level sensors).
- Flush-Mount Design: Designed to be hidden from view inside a switch box, featuring colored connection cables for straightforward wiring.
- Bus-Powered: Operates exclusively on the KNX bus line voltage (21V – 30V DC), simplifying power requirements.
6 Advanced Operating Modes Per Channel:
Each channel can be independently programmed via ETS software for powerful control applications:
- Switching – Standard ON, OFF, or TOGGLE commands.
- Dimming – Control lighting levels with long press for dimming (Brighter/Darker).
- Curtain Control (Shutter Sensor) – Control blinds, shutters, or curtains with commands for Up/Down movement, STOP, and lamella (slat) adjustment.
- Value and Priority – Send 1-byte, 2-byte, or 4-byte values for setpoints or transmit forced operation commands.
- Scene Control – Recall and Save scenes (supports up to 64 scenes).
