The EAE UD106 Dimmer Actuator provides a wide array of programmable functions, processed according to a priority order defined in the ETS configuration.

Dimming and Flexibility:

• Dimming Type: Phase Dimming only (supports both leading and trailing edge depending on configuration).
• Channel Capacity: 6 independent channels for flexible control.
• Channel Grouping: Supports 3 channel grouping features for merging outputs to handle higher power requirements.
• Manual Control: Provides a manual operation feature using push buttons on the device enclosure for testing and override.

Monitoring and Safety:

• Comprehensive Error Detection: Advanced monitoring for faults including Load Error, Short-Circuit, Over-current, Over-voltage, Under-voltage, and Over-heating.
• Electrical Measurements: Real-time monitoring of the system Voltage is available on the KNX bus.
• System Recovery: Configurable behaviour can be set via ETS for status after bus voltage failure and return.

Automation Functions:

The following functions can be used separately or together on each channel:

• Staircase Lighting: Built-in timer function for automated communal lighting.
• Scene Function: Seamless integration into lighting scenes for complex scenarios.
• Forced Operation: Enables an override state for emergency or special purpose lighting, with priority over other functions.
